Hot-rolled sheets reign as the most versatile metallurgical product, offering nearly limitless possibilities for application across diverse industries and construction projects.
If we consider as a specifier, the alloy from which the sheet is made, hot-rolled sheets are used in locksmith-welding projects (structural sheets), mechanical engineering, and responsible mechanical projects (alloy sheets for improvement and cementation), in the production of boilers and pressure vessels (boiler sheets), as well as in the production of elements requiring high wear resistance (wear-resistant sheets).
Hot-rolled sheets also play a unique role in the production of corrugated panels, which are utilized in crafting a diverse range of platforms and footbridges.

Do you need sheets smaller than standard or specific preparations from sheet metal? We are able to offer you:
– Cutting with shears, up to 16 mm thickness in grade S235JR and maximum piece length of 3000 mm.
– Bending with a press brake, up to 8 mm thickness in grade S235JR and maximum piece length of 3000 mm.
– Bending with a sheet metal rolling machine (three-roll bender), up to 8 mm thickness in grade S235JR and maximum piece length of 2000 mm.
– Cutting with CNC gas cutting machine, up to 100 mm thickness in grade S235JR, with a working table capacity of 2000×6000 mm.
– Cutting with CNC plasma, up to 15 mm thickness in grade S235JR, with a working table capacity of 1500×6000 mm.
– Longitudinal cutting of coils (slitting) up to 4 mm thickness in grade S235JR, with a maximum width of the input coil being 1250 mm.
Cross-cutting and straightening of coils into sheets, up to 12 mm thickness in grade S235JR, with a maximum width of the input coil being 1500 mm.
