Hexagonal mesh is a wire product known for its exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. It finds application in the construction and maintenance of road and railway infrastructure, as well as in enclosing forest estates and hunting grounds.
Hexagonal mesh is manufactured from galvanized wire with a diameter of 2.7 mm or 3.0 mm, featuring a mesh size of 80×100 mm. The thickness of the top and bottom supporting wires is either 3.0 mm or 4.0 mm. Hexagonal mesh is typically produced in heights ranging from 1000 mm to 4000 mm. The standard length of a roll of hexagonal mesh is 25 meters.
Hexagonal mesh is manufactured from heavily galvanized wire with the following characteristics:
- Tensile strength: 350 – 550 N/mm2
- Zinc coating: 275 – 350 g/m2
- Elongation: not less than 10%
- Wire quality: SRPS C.B6.011.M.CT
