Galvanized pipes are a subset of round seam pipes protected by a zinc coating through galvanization. These pipes are pressure-tested and are utilized in systems conveying various types of fluids, especially in environments where corrosion resistance is crucial.
Galvanized pipes are supplied with a socket and thread at the end, facilitating their connection in complex piping systems.

Galvanized pipes are manufactured according to EN10255 (quality standard), EN10226-1 (standard for pipe end threading), and EN10241 (standard for the socket supplied with the pipes). The weld is approximately located along the middle of one side of the pipe and is removed only from the outer side.

The standard for zinc coating is 55 μm on the outer side of the pipe and 40 μm on the inner side of the pipe.
The standard length of galvanized pipe bars is 6000 mm.
Given the inclusion of threads and sockets, the minimum order quantity for delivery consists of full-length pipes measuring 6000 mm. Complimentary cutting services are provided for easier transportation.
